We had a sump pump fail and Andrew came on a Sunday afternoon, installed a new pump and stayed until the problem was resolved. He then came back for all clean-up and preventive measures. Andrew helped out my house buying clients. Their lender had concerns about mold in the house they were purchasing. He was able to write up an accurate estimate that was handed over to the underwriters, and they green-lighted the loan with the repair costs escrowed at closing. We can’t thank you enough!
